French Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Lomax Recruitment Group is hiring a French Sales Development Representative for an established software company.

Our client requires a qualified French Sales Development Representative to complement their high performing, motivated and friendly SDR sales team. Current sales OTE ranges from 60k to 100k so the earning potential is huge!

You will find and screen potential customers who can benefit from the company products and services. You will be the first line of communication with prospects, so you must have strong communication skills, understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting sales closers up for success. You should be a quick learner and have the ability to showcase offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for you to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

 French Sales Development Representative responsibilities

  • Developing sales strategies to draw in potential customers

  • Initiating contact with potential customers through cold-calling or responding to inquiries

  • Creating relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests

  • Presenting product information to customers once you have identified their needs

  • Following-up with potential customers who expressed interest

  • Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.

  • Collaborating with sales executives to ensure the company's goals and targets are met.

  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities

  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives

  • Report to the sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

 French Sales Development Representative requirements

  • Fluent French speaking

  • 2-3 years of sales experience prospecting to C-level, with a history of exceeding targets

  • Strong communication skills via phone and email

  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills

  • Strong desire and ability to move up within your sales career

  • Proficiency with CRM software

  • Prior experience as a Sales Development Representative with a track record of achieving sales KPI’s/targets

 Salary and Benefits

  • £30000 – 34000 + commission + benefits
