UK Sales Development Representative (hybrid)

Lomax is hiring a UK Sales Development Representative for a software company going through substantial growth with a unique product and service offering.

Our client requires a motivated UK SDR to complement their high performing sales team. As the Sales Development Representative you will target the UK, increasing the customer base.

You will prospect and screen potential customers who can benefit from the company products and services. You will be the first line of communication with prospects, so you must have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of the sales process, excel at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting-up sales closers for success.

You should be a quick learner and can showcase offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for you to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Sales Development Representative requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Sales Development Representative and record of exceeding targets & KPI’s

  • Experience in IT/Tech/Software

  • 1-2 years of sales experience and prospecting

  • Strong communication skills via phone and email – to set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives

  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills

  • Strong desire and ability to move up within your sales career

  • Proficiency with CRM software

  • Report to the sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.

Salary and exceptional benefits

  • £37k – 40k + uncapped commission (circa 55k) + exceptional benefits including company pension, private medical care, enhanced holiday entitlement.  

Location

  • Hybrid - 1 day a week in London office.
