Professional Services Engineer responsibilities
Deploy, configure and troubleshoot software products
Drive adoption and achieve the highest customer satisfaction during the on-boarding process
Conduct online demo’s / screen shares
Be the face of the company and act as the main point of contact for clients technical needs and build relationships
Act as a subject matter expert to several departments and lead technical conversations during the customer journey
Stay up to date with new features and product launches
Professional Services Engineer skills required
Proven ability of deploying software
Proven history of customer engagement and satisfaction roles
Proven ability of troubleshooting messaging technologies – Exchange, O365
Knowledge of email protection and security such as Proofpoint, Mimecast, Barracuda, Symantec, Cisco Cloud Email
Strong experience with Windows infrastructure, Active Directory, Azure
Excellent communication skills
Team player, dynamic and very personable
This role could suit someone from a Managed Services background or someone currently working in an Implementation Engineer role from a Software vendor or a 3rd line support Engineer involved in project rollouts.
Salary and Benefits
£40,000 - £50,000 + bonus, 25 days holiday and many more benefits
Location
WFH and commutable to London 2 days a week
