Head of Sales, EMEA (BPO)

Lomax Recruitment Group is recruiting for one of Europe’s fastest growing BPO’s for the hire of a Head of Sales, EMEA to lead, coach and manage Sales Management and Teams in a European environment. As Head of Sales / Sales Director you will own and exceed annual sales goals whilst overseeing a smooth, effective sales process.

Develop and execute strategic plans to win new Logo’s, offering the companies BPO/Outsourcing & Contact Centre solutions. You will establish and foster partnerships and long lasting relationships with customers both externally and internally.

You will partner to build Sales/CS teams in BPO and multilingual service teams. If you come from an operational background this would be a bonus.

Head of Sales Requirements:

  • This role could suit a Head of Sales or Sales Director with an operational background

  • You must have extensive BPO/Outsourcing experience for European contact centres

  • Relevant and extensive experience in BPO/Outsourcing/Customer Experience Services

  • Must have experience with BPO within a European environment

  • Proven experience wining new Logo’s across Europe, exceeding goals

  • Ability to develop and oversee a smooth, effective sales process

  • Ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels and C-level

  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services

  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions

  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Salary and Benefits

  • £60,000 - £80,000 + Bonus and Benefits.

Location

  • Remote (Must live in the UK).
