German Sales Development Representative (DACH)

Lomax Recruitment Group is hiring a German Sales Development Representative for an established Enterprise software company with a unique and offering and large demand.

Our client requires a qualified German SDR to complement their high performing, motivated and friendly sales team. As the Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will cover the DACH region.

You will find and screen potential customers who can benefit from the company products and services. You will be the first line of communication with prospects, so you must have strong communication skills, understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting sales closers up for success. You should be a quick learner and have the ability to showcase offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for you to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

German SDR requirements

  • Fluent German speaking

  • 2-3 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding targets

  • Strong communication skills via phone and email

  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills

  • Strong desire and ability to move up within your sales career

  • Proficiency with CRM software

  • Prior experience as a Sales Development Representative with a track record of achieving sales quota

Salary and Benefits

  • £30000 – 34000 + commission + strong benefits
