Lomax is hiring a German Inside Sales Representative / Account Executive for the DACH Region for a software company with a unique product offering and going through substantial growth. 

Our client requires a motivated German Account Executive, to complement their high performing sales team. As an Inside Sales Representative / Account Executive you will target the DACH market, working alongside external Account Executives, to help increase the customer base and overall revenue.

This role will be supported by a strong marketing and SDR Team. It will be the ISR job to run with the leads through to close.

With a consultative sales approach you will deal with customers who can benefit from the company products and services. You must have strong communication skills, an understanding of complex software sales processes. The right person will excel at building new relationships and be brilliant at closing.

You should be a quick learner with the ability to showcase offerings in a compelling way.

German Inside Sales Representative requirements:

• Prior ISR and Account Executive experience with a track record of achieving sales quota

• Experience in complex IT/Tech/Software

• 2-3 years of software sales experience with a history of exceeding targets & KPI’s

• Strong communication skills via phone and email

• Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills

• Proficiency with CRM software

• Able to report to the sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

• Fluent German

Salary and exceptional benefits:

• 45,000 € + circa 30k € commission but will be uncapped + exceptional benefits including share options, enhanced pension, private medical care.
