BPO Client Relationship Manager – German or French

Lomax Recruitment Group is partnered with a leading BPO solutions provider, specialising in outsourcing Contact Centre and Customer Service Centre operations globally. 

As a fast growth and multi-award-winning Business Process Outsourcer, our client continues to grow and are now hiring a multilingual BPO Client Relationship Manager to create and nurture long-term relationships with customers.

The successful the Client Relationship Manager must be an excellent communicator, fluent in German or French, with experience managing BPO and Contact Centre client relationships.  

Responsibilities for the Client Relationship Manager

You will lead, deliver, and manage complex client engagements with creative business solutions for the company. The Client Relationship Manager is also responsible for providing excellent customer service and determining the needs of the client. 

You will implement and oversee the quality of deliverables, challenge service delivery and operations teams, and manage team relationships effectively to ensure exceptional performance; as well as participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development to fulfil new business targets.

You will balance the needs of key stakeholders; ensure the teams they are involved with are aware of the combined end goals; establish operations objectives and work plans; delegate assignments to achieve the agreed goals. and subordinate managers when necessary; and conduct regular meetings to improve productivity, product knowledge, and customer satisfaction.

Our client requires someone to be hands on / agile, working alongside the CEO, Service Delivery teams and happy to be all hands on deck when required.

Requirements for the Client Relationship Manager

• Must have experience working as a Client relationship Manager

• Must have Experience of BPO / Outsource Contract Centre / Outsourced Customer Contact Centre

• Excellent communicator at all levels

• Solid client relationship and development experience

• Capable of working towards business development goals and targets

• Willing to travel abroad when required 

• Able to work from home

• German speaking or French speaking
