Account Executive (German speaking)

We are seeking a dedicated Account Executive (German speaking) with a strong background in cybersecurity and cloud technology sales. This role involves generating demand through various campaigns and events, managing sales pipelines, and building strong customer and partner relationships. The ideal candidate will deliver high-level business and technical messaging to prospective clients, drive pipeline creation, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop demand through joint campaigns, events, and prospecting to build and manage the sales pipeline

  • Achieve quarterly sales targets and nurture opportunities through collaboration with partners and clients

  • Identify customer business challenges and technical requirements, mapping them to appropriate solutions

  • Conduct research to provide account intelligence, identify key stakeholders, and establish relationships

  • Deliver high-level business and technical messaging to potential and existing customers

  • Progress qualified opportunities through to closure and maintain accurate updates in the CRM system

  • Establish cross-functional relationships with peers

  • Deliver on monthly and quarterly metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

  • Fluent in German and English

  • Over 2 years of experience in cybersecurity training/sales and working with cloud providers

  • Proficient in Salesforce and experienced in enterprise sales

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • At least 3 years of experience in technology sales and CRM

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales pipeline or revenue goals in the tech industry with cloud computing solutions

  • Strong understanding of foundational cloud technologies (e.g., network, compute, database, middleware, visualization) and a passion for cloud products.

  • Excellent skills in partner pipeline development and management

  • Certification in cybersecurity is advantageous

  • Willingness to travel up to four times a year, advance notice would be given.

Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid/Office). Must be based in Ireland.

Salary: €75k base + OTE
